Apple Vinegar – Every night apply ample amounts of this or any other kind of malt vinegar under your arms.  If you can also trim the hair in your armpits as this will allow more of the vinegar to saturate in to the sweat pores of your armpits plus it will make it easier for the vinegar to dry.

As well as the vinegar helping to neutralize the odours created by the bacteria when you sweat it
contains astringent properties that will help to condition your armpits so that they stay drier for longer as they don’t sweat as much.  What you mustn’t forget to do each morning is to wash your armpits as you would normally with warm water and soap.

Baking Soda – This particular treatment must be used in conjunction with a deodorant that contains high levels of aluminium chloride in them.  What the baking soda does is actually helps to reduce the amount of acid in the sweat your body produces so the levels of odour are reduced and in turn also helps to evaporate the sweat quickly.

To use this particular treatment you need to mix some baking soda with some water to create a thick paste that will remain under your arms.  If you can make sure that your armpits have been shaved before applying as this will help to allow the properties of the baking soda to work better on treating the condition.  After applying you will need to sit still for 25 minutes to allow the baking soda to do its work.  Then once the 25 minutes have elapsed you simply wash the treatment away using warm clean water.

This is a treatment that you will need to carry out for several days in a row.  But if you do you will soon begin to notice some big differences in the amount of sweat being produced.  So this will in turn mean that the amount of odour produced by you when you sweat is also going to be reduced.  Although it may feel strange after you wash the baking soda mix off it is far better than having to cope with excessive armpit sweat all the time.
